Hat Cannabis is locally owned and operated by Leah and Dylan Schmalzbauer and their best friend Rebekka Leidl. The three opened the store in May of 2018 with the hopes of sharing their love of cannabis with like-minded people in their community. The friends sought to create a place that was comfortable and inviting, bright and cheery, the kind of place you could bring your grandmother(because lets face it, your grandma has probably been smoking weed longer that you 😊) In order to help create their dream they built their team of budtenders Jenn – Leah’s sister, Mac and Payton, and most recently Heather who have all shown why Hat Cannabis really is a family run business.
