Cannabis products that are defective can be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided you have proof of purchase, and the product is in its original packaging with the label fully legible.
Returns are not accepted for cannabis products unless a recall is issued. In the case of a recall, products must be returned in their original packaging.
Defective accessories can be returned within 14 days of purchase, with proof of purchase and in the original packaging.
Please note, glass items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
